William "Shane" Grant
With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Grant was first licensed in Virginia in 2006, licensed in North Carolina in 2008 and licensed as a 3B Land Surveyor in Virginia in 2010. Throughout his tenure as a land surveyor, he has successfully accomplished several ALTA surveys, commercial and residential mortgage surveys and flood elevation certificates. He also has several years of experience working for private developers as well as local municipalities and state government agencies in the development of projects such as subdivisions and interstate redevelopment. In his time outside of the office, Mr. Grant has taught surveying classes at both Old Dominion University and currently at Tidewater Community College. He is also a member of the committee which writes exam questions for the state specific portion of the Virginia Land Surveying Exam.
